Responsibilities:
●Direct and oversee all staff and day-to-day activities, including supervising children from kindergarten to fifth grade.
●Supervise and evaluate program staff.
●Assist with hiring and maintaining staff to ensure a qualified and dedicated team.
●Assist with enrollment and conduct program tours to showcase our program.
●Communicate with parents to ensure open and effective communication.
●Maintain records, order supplies, and manage inventory.
●Train and develop staff to ensure their professional growth.
●Plan, schedule, and implement exciting activities for the children.
●Ensure that our program operates smoothly and efficiently and complies with OCFS regulations.
●Follow OCFS policies and procedures related to licensing requirements, medical and disciplinary. situations, child abuse prevention, and emergencies.
●Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing school programs and events.
●Conduct parent tours.
●Collaborate with the Supervisor and staff to develop engaging educational activities.
●Support students during program sessions, ensuring their safety and well-being.
●Monitor staff and student progress and provide feedback as needed.
●Handle administrative tasks as needed.
●Remain compliant with all CACFP standards.
Requirements:
●Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Development, Education, Recreation, or related field with at least one year of experience working directly with children aged five or older. OR at least 18 credits in Early ●Childhood Education.
●Experience working with children and in a supervisory role.
●Strong communication and organizational skills.
●Knowledge of OCFS regulations and licensing requirements or willingness to learn.

About the Role:
Growing Minds Youth Development Program is seeking a responsible and dependable driver to assist with daily Afterschool school pickups for our program.
This position focuses on safely transporting children from local schools to our program location using our company 16-passenger van.We are looking for someone who is reliable, patient with children, and confident driving a larger vehicle.
The ideal candidate is organized, punctual, and able to maintain a calm and respectful environment while transporting students.
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 11:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Responsibilities:
●Safely transport children from school to the program location.
●Drive a 16-passenger company van on designated pickup routes.
●Ensure children enter and exit the vehicle safely.
●Maintain a calm and respectful environment during transportation.
●Communicate with program staff regarding student pickups.
Requirements:
●Valid driver’s license with a Clean driving record.
●Comfortable driving a 16-passenger van.
●Must speak fluent English.
●Must be comfortable speaking with parents, teachers, and school staff during daily pickups.
●Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
●Patient and respectful with children.
●Must be willing to complete OCFS clearance (fingerprints and physical).
●Must have or be willing to obtain required OCFS trainings.

About the Role:
We are seeking to hire strong, reliable leaders who care about children and their futures. This is a great opportunity to lead an after-school and summer program while taking ownership of daily operations.
This position is ideal for someone with experience as a teacher, childcare provider, teacher’s assistant, or daycare assistant. We are willing to train and invest in the right person—but you must have experience working with children (not just parenting).

Responsibilities:
●The Site Lead is responsible for overseeing the program and managing the site’s day-to-day operations while ensuring everything runs smoothly.
●Ensure paperwork is organized and meets Department of Health standards.
●Maintain daily attendance logs and food program logs.
●Provide strong classroom management and structure.
●Supervise and mentor Growth Leaders.
●Assist with after-school pickups (company van available).
●Support homework and academic activities.
●Communicate effectively with parents.
●Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
●Plan and facilitate activities and lesson plans.
●Adapt to changing priorities and work with minimal supervision.
●Must be willing to cook.
Requirements:
●High School Diploma.
●Willingness to be fingerprinted.
●Must complete OCFS clearance.

Responsibilities:
●Supervise and actively engage children in daily activities.

About the Role:
We are seeking a confident, engaging, and structured Youth Mindset Coach to lead weekly Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) sessions focused on confidence, mindset, and positive self-talk for children ages 5–12.
This role is ideal for someone who can guide children in shifting their thinking, managing emotions, and developing strong self-belief through structured group discussions and activities.
The facilitator may lead two small groups by age or one larger group, depending on program needs. Strong group management and the ability to engage children at different levels is essential.
Schedule:
Mondays: 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Responsibilities:
●Lead structured weekly sessions focused on mindset and positive self-talk.
●Teach children how to reframe negative thinking into positive, productive thoughts.
●Facilitate discussions around confidence, behavior, and decision-making.
●Engage children through interactive activities, role play, and real-life scenarios.
●Maintain a strong, respectful, and well-managed group environment.
●Provide a brief recap of each session (topics covered and observations).
Qualifications:
●Experience working with children required.
●Strong ability to lead group discussions and hold attention.
●Background in education, psychology, youth development, or coaching (preferred).
●Passion for mindset development, confidence-building, and youth empowerment.
●Ability to lead with structure, consistency, and presence.
Compensation:
$45 per session, with opportunity to increase to $50 based on performance after 30 days.
